ASK EA

ASK EA is an innovative, AI-powered platform for alerting and coordinating emergency response units. Alerts are sent via a web app, SMS, or automated calls. Team members confirm participation and instantly receive guidance on where to respond. The app provides access to critical site data, such as building layouts, hydrant locations, and other rescue-relevant information.ASK EA connects units into a real-time operational network, supporting both small and large-scale incidents. A key component is ASK EA HQ, a centralized command module where arriving teams are registered and triaged. Trained staff assign each team to active incidents based on location, type, priority, and complexity.HQ offers full situational awareness through standard and interactive screens, showing incident details, team availability, live images, and video feeds. For large interventions, incidents can be split into sectors with appointed sector leads and support roles (logistics, public info, tech, communications, catering, etc.). All data is tracked and stored for reporting and analysis. 

To support preparedness, ASK EA includes the ASK EA Simulator—a training module that simulates intervention scenarios to test reactions, improve decision-making, and evaluate team performance. ASK EA is built to modernize and optimize emergency response. It combines smart alerting, digital coordination, and real-time intelligence into one comprehensive system—boosting safety, clarity, and response efficiency at every stage.

Its relevance lies in addressing the increasing need for integrated, technologydriven emergency management tools that support faster response times, resource optimization, and improved safety outcomes. ASK EA supports first responders with critical data, live monitoring, and smart dispatching, making it highly applicable for modern civil protection and public safety frameworks. SAVE LIVES.

  • The strength of our innovative approach lies in the integration of advanced technologies with practical, fieldtested emergency response workflows. The ASK EA system combines smart alerting, real-time coordination, digital triage, and sector-based incident management into a unified platform supported by AI and live data visualization. 

    What sets ASK EA apart is its ongoing development and adaptability. The system is continuously evolving to meet the needs of the future. Upcoming enhancements include the integration of a smart shirt, which will monitor the vital signs and physical condition of firefighters and rescuers in real time—improving safety and operational decision-making. 

    In addition, we are developing a video analytics module powered by AI, capable of detecting anomalies during live incidents. The system will recognize events such as fights, falls, the presence of weapons, temperature anomalies, and IoT sensor triggers, and immediately alert the command center. These features reflect our commitment to innovation, automation, and real-time intelligence, ensuring that emergency services are supported by the most advanced tools available.
