Team members confirm participation and instantly receive guidance on where to respond. The app provides access to critical site data, such as building layouts, hydrant locations, and other rescue-relevant information.ASK EA connects units into a real-time operational network, supporting both small and large-scale incidents. A key component is ASK EA HQ, a centralized command module where arriving teams are registered and triaged. Trained staff assign each team to active incidents based on location, type, priority, and complexity.HQ offers full situational awareness through standard and interactive screens, showing incident details, team availability, live images, and video feeds. For large interventions, incidents can be split into sectors with appointed sector leads and support roles (logistics, public info, tech, communications, catering, etc.). All data is tracked and stored for reporting and analysis.
To support preparedness, ASK EA includes the ASK EA Simulator—a training module that simulates intervention scenarios to test reactions, improve decision-making, and evaluate team performance.
