How can robotics help emergency responders operate safely in hazardous environments such as large fires, industrial accidents, or structurally unstable areas?
On March 27, 2026, the DIREKTION project will host a new webinar dedicated to the use of robotics in high-risk fire and industrial operations. The session will explore how robotic systems can support emergency responders by enabling remote intervention, improving situational awareness, and reducing risks during dangerous operations.
The webinar will bring together emergency responders, researchers, and technology providers to discuss operational needs, recent research developments, and real-world deployments of robotic systems in emergency response.
Participants will gain insights into the current capabilities and future potential of rescue robotics, including the use of remotely operated ground robots in fire and hazardous environments.
Agenda highlights
